This read-only bitmap lists the ports on the upstream interface that were dynamically discovered to lead toward a multicast router, typically via received IGMP queries. An admin can use this to confirm the switch has correctly identified the uplink port toward the router without needing to manually configure static router ports. Seeing port 24 listed here after the switch received a query on that port confirms the switch dynamically learned it as the router-facing uplink.
