What is swMcastFilterVLANAccessState?
This sets whether this VLAN's multicast filtering defaults to permit(1) or deny(2) for groups not otherwise matched by a profile. Admins set this to deny on VLANs where only explicitly profiled multicast groups should be allowed through.
