What is mantraUpTime?
This read-only TimeTicks value reports how long, in hundredths of a second, since the Mantra software was last re-initialized. Admins check it to confirm how recently the Mantra management layer itself restarted, distinct from the uptime of any individual managed process. A low value here after the softswitch has supposedly been stable for weeks would alert an admin to an unexpected Mantra restart.
