What is lumNodeStatus?

Reports the overall health of this node: normal(1) no issues, minorAlarm(2) an alarming event occurred but no action is needed, minorFailure(3) a non-persistent fault occurred that may not need action, or criticalFailure(4) the shelf cannot function properly and management action (possibly a reset or card replacement) is recommended. This is the first object to check for an overall shelf health summary before digging into individual card or port objects.
