What is adminClientIPAddr?
Index into the client-authorization table: the IP address (or address prefix, once ANDed with adminClientIPMask) of a station permitted to manage this LANtern. New rows are created implicitly by writing to a not-yet-existing IP address here rather than through a separate row-creation step.
