What is lanOpticsCurrentAlertId?

This read-only INTEGER holds the ID of the most recent alert entry in the lanOpticsAlertsTable. Admins read this to quickly identify the newest logged alert without walking the entire table, then use it as a starting point for further polling. For example, if this value increases from 42 to 43 between polls, the admin knows exactly one new alert has been logged and can fetch entry 43 for details.
