This MIB object will not be overwritten with the new value from a LE_{JOIN,CONFIGURE}_RESPONSE. Instead, lecActualLanName will be.
What is lecConfigLanName?
This read-create OID sets the emulated LAN (ELAN) name a client will use the next time it restarts; the value actually in effect is reported via lecActualLanName. An admin sets this to tell the LEC which named emulated LAN to join.
