Description: Used to create and delete rows in this table.
A management station may not change the status of a primary ATM address to 'notInService' or 'destroy' unless the client's ifAdminStatus is 'down', and the client's lecInterfaceState is 'initialState'.
Secondary ATM addresses may be destroyed at any time permitted by the agent.
What is lecAtmAddressStatus?
This read-create RowStatus OID controls creation and deletion of a client's ATM address entry; a primary address can only be moved to notInService or destroyed while the client's ifAdminStatus is down and its state is initialState, but secondary addresses may be removed at any time.
