To create an entry in this table, the following entry objects MUST be explicitly configured: A parent router must exist in the juniRouterTable.
A VRF router must exist in the juniRouterVrfTable.
What is juniRouterVrfRouteTargetRowStatus?
Controls creation and deletion of a route-target entry for a router/VRF pair: createAndGo adds a new route target (once the parent router and VRF already exist) and destroy removes it, letting an admin manage which route targets control import/export of VPN routes for this VRF.
