Description: The number of RADIUS packets of which were received from this client on the authentication port and dropped for some other reason.

What is juniRadiusDisconnectPacketsDropped?

This counter is a catch-all tally of packets received from this client on the disconnect port that were dropped for reasons other than the specific failure categories already counted, such as bad authenticator, no secret, no session-id, or unknown type. Admins check this alongside the other per-client counters to get a complete picture of disconnect packet loss when the more specific counters don't explain the full gap between requests received and accepts. For example, if requests total 500 and accepts plus all the specific failure counters only sum to 490, the remaining 10 would show up here as drops from an unclassified cause.
