What is juniDosProtectionScfdsSlotTableOverflowState?

Reports whether this slot is under a resource shortage for suspicious-flow tracking: notOverflowingOrGrouping(1) means no shortage, while grouping(2) or overflowing(3) mean the module has had to consolidate or drop tracking due to a shortage, per the device's global grouping policy. An admin treats overflowing(3) as a signal the slot is being hit with more distinct suspicious flows than it can individually track, warranting investigation of the scale of the attack.
