What is juniBridgeIfLowerIfIndex?

This is the ifIndex of the interface over which this bridge interface is layered, where zero indicates no layering; an implementation may require a nonzero value at creation. Admins set this to specify which underlying physical or logical interface a new bridge interface rides on top of. For example, layering a bridge interface over a Gigabit Ethernet interface's ifIndex makes that bridge interface operate on top of that physical port.
