What is jnxSecAccessIfIpSrcGuardStatus?

This read-only boolean reports whether IP Source Guard is enabled on the specified interface. An admin checks it to confirm the switch is filtering traffic on that port to only the IP addresses bound via DHCP snooping, preventing IP spoofing from that port. For example, an admin hardening access ports against IP-spoofing attacks would verify this reads 'true' on every untrusted access port.
