What is jnxPMonNotIPv4Drops?
A cumulative Counter64 of packets dropped because they were not IPv4, e.g. IPv6 traffic the monitoring feature doesn't support. An admin uses this to gauge how much non-IPv4 traffic is bypassing flow monitoring on this interface.
