Description: The four most significant bits of the Port Identifier for a given Spanning Tree instance can be modified independently for each Spanning Tree instance supported by the Bridge. The values that are set for Port Priority must be in steps of 16.

The top four bits of this port's Port Identifier (0-240 in steps of 16, default 128) for this specific spanning tree instance, used as a root-path tiebreaker. Unlike jnxMIMstCistPortPriority, this value can be set independently per MSTI, letting different VLAN groups prefer different uplinks through the same port.
