What is jnxMIMstMstiNewRootBridgeCount?
This OID counts how many times the spanning tree protocol detected a change to which switch is the network root bridge (the central reference point for preventing switch loop failures). Higher counts indicate network instability or frequent topology changes. A network operator monitors this to identify when switches are repeatedly rebooting or links are flapping.
