The Hello Time (100-1000 hundredths of a second, i.e. 1-10 seconds) used for Configuration BPDUs transmitted by this node specifically on this port. It's the per-port instantiation of the bridge's Hello Time setting, letting an admin confirm the interval actually in effect on a given interface.
