What is jnxL2cpPortBpduError?
This object indicates whether a BPDU was actually received on this port, triggering BPDU Protect, returning detected(1) if one was seen, or always no-error(0) if BPDU Protect isn't enabled on the port. Admins check this to confirm why a port was shut down, since a detected(1) value confirms a spanning-tree BPDU was the trigger. For example, a formerly working access port showing jnxL2cpPortBpduError as detected(1) would explain why it went link-down after someone connected an unauthorized switch.
