What is jnxL2aldHistMacChangedMsg?

A packed binary record (1-512 octets) of one or more 13-octet tuples, each describing a MAC change event: a 1-octet operation code (1=learnt, 2=removed, 3=updated, 0=end-of-object), a 2-octet VLAN index, the 6-octet MAC address, a 2-octet dot1dBasePort, and a 2-octet VLAN tag. Decoding this per the documented tuple layout is how you extract the actual MAC/port/VLAN details of a historical change event.
