What is jnxCosQstatTotalRedDropPkts?
Running total of packets discarded from a specific output queue on a given interface, in jnxCosQstatTable, the current per-queue CoS stats table by RED (Random Early Detection), which drops packets probabilistically as the queue fills, ahead of a hard tail-drop cliff. Admins use it to see whether congestion avoidance is already engaging before the queue overflows outright.
