What is jnxCosIfqTailDropPktRate?
Current rate, in packets per second, at which packets are being tail-dropped from the output queue for one forwarding class on a given interface, in the deprecated jnxCosIfqStatsTable (superseded by jnxCosQstatTable) because its buffer is full. A non-zero value indicates active, ongoing congestion rather than a one-off burst.
