What is jnxCosFcIdToFcName?

Maps a numeric forwarding-class identifier (FcId, the table's index) to its configured forwarding-class name, such as 'best-effort' or 'expedited-forwarding'. Management tools use it to resolve the FcId referenced elsewhere in the MIB (for example by jnxCosFcFabricPriority) back into a human-readable class name.
