What is cosPL1?
This reports the power factor (Cos Phi) for phase L1, scaled by 0.001, so a raw reading of 850 means a power factor of 0.85. A value well below 1.0 tells an admin the load on that phase is drawing more reactive power relative to real power, which may warrant correction.
