Description: Controls whether IPCP is allowed to run on this port.

What is xPppIpcpConfigState?

Controls whether IPCP is allowed to run on this port at all: disabled(1) or enabled(2). Turning this off keeps the underlying PPP/LCP link usable while preventing IP from being negotiated over it, e.g. for a link carrying only IPX.
