Description: Determines if LCP will actively open or wait passively.

What is xPppConfigActive?

Controls whether LCP actively initiates link negotiation, active(1), or waits passively for the peer to start it, passive(2). Typically set to active on the end that should originate the connection, e.g. the dial-out or DTE side of a link.
