What is timeExceededLastRx?
A read-only 13-byte OCTET STRING timestamp recording when the station last received an ICMP Time Exceeded message (e.g., a TTL-expired notification, as seen in traceroute). The source MIB has no DESCRIPTION text for this or any other object, so this reading is inferred from the object's name, type, and position in the real MIB tree. An admin checks it when investigating routing loops or excessively long paths affecting this station.
