What is spatHelloTimer?

A read-write INTEGER (1..10, seconds) setting how often the station sends Spanning Tree Protocol hello/BPDU messages. The source MIB has no DESCRIPTION text for this or any other object, so this reading is inferred from the object's name, type, and position in the real MIB tree. An admin tunes it to balance faster topology-change detection (shorter interval) against BPDU overhead on the network.
