serialTxQueueSize
Module: ISOVIEW-MIB
OID (symbolic): ISOVIEW-MIB::serialTxQueueSize
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.1.15
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
What is serialTxQueueSize?
A read-write INTEGER (1..127) that sets the depth of the station's serial-link transmit queue. The source MIB has no DESCRIPTION text for this or any other object, so this reading is inferred from the object's name, type, and position in the real MIB tree. An admin tunes it to balance buffering (smoother bursts) against added latency on the WAN serial link.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.1.15 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ISOVIEW-MIB::serialTxQueueSize
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.1.15.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ISOVIEW-MIB::serialTxQueueSize.1
Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):
snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.1.15.1 i <value>
