mlinkRxTimeout

Module: ISOVIEW-MIB

OID (symbolic): ISOVIEW-MIB::mlinkRxTimeout

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.5.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

What is mlinkRxTimeout?

A read-write INTEGER setting the receive timeout used by the Multilink protocol on the station. The source MIB has no DESCRIPTION text for this or any other object, so this reading is inferred from the object's name, type, and position in the real MIB tree. An admin tunes it to control how long the device waits for a missing fragment from one of the bonded links before declaring it lost, similar in spirit to the LAPB T1 timer.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.5.4
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ISOVIEW-MIB::mlinkRxTimeout

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.5.4.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ISOVIEW-MIB::mlinkRxTimeout.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.5.4.1 i <value>
