mlinkNumber

Module: ISOVIEW-MIB

OID (symbolic): ISOVIEW-MIB::mlinkNumber

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.5.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

What is mlinkNumber?

A read-only INTEGER giving the number of Multilink (bonded serial link group) instances configured on the station, the size of mlinkTable. The source MIB has no DESCRIPTION text for this or any other object, so this reading is inferred from the object's name, type, and position in the real MIB tree. Multilink lets several physical serial links (each with its own LAPB/phySerIf entry) be combined into one logical higher-bandwidth path.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.5.1
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ISOVIEW-MIB::mlinkNumber

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.5.1.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ISOVIEW-MIB::mlinkNumber.1

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> mlinkNumber.1
