maxSerialLoading
Module: ISOVIEW-MIB
OID (symbolic): ISOVIEW-MIB::maxSerialLoading
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.170.1.1.1.7.27
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
What is maxSerialLoading?
A read-write INTEGER setting the maximum load (traffic level) the bridge will place on its serial WAN link before applying load-control measures. The source MIB has no DESCRIPTION text for this or any other object, so this reading is inferred from the object's name, type, and position in the real MIB tree. An admin tunes it, together with serialLoadPeriod, to prevent the bridge from oversubscribing a limited-bandwidth serial circuit.
