Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

What is lapbResetCount?
A read-only Counter tallying how many times this LAPB link has been reset. The source MIB has no DESCRIPTION text for this or any other object, so this reading is inferred from the object's name, type, and position in the real MIB tree. An admin watches it for a rising count, which indicates an unstable serial link that keeps dropping and re-establishing its LAPB session.
