What is isgVGIsdnCfgSecondChanPort?
Selects which physical port (0 meaning none, 1-3 an actual port) carries traffic for the 'second' ISDN B-channel and its associated call/TEI settings, mirroring the first-B-channel port field for a two-channel BRI configuration. An admin sets a nonzero value to activate the second B-channel's call handling.
