What is isgVGIsdnCfgSecondChSelect?
Controls whether the second B-channel's requested channel assignment is fixed to the configured selection ('exclusive') or left to the network to grant ('preferred'). An admin sets this the same way as the first-channel counterpart but applies it to the second B-channel.
