What is isgVGIsdnCfgSecondAccType?
Selects the access mode for the second B-channel: permanent (nailed-up), dialed circuit mode, dialed packet mode, circuit mode as a virtual leased line, or circuit mode carrying data-over-voice. An admin configures this independently of the first B-channel so each channel on the BRI line can serve a different purpose.
