What is isgVGIsdnCfgDPckTraffic?
Controls whether the D-channel carries only Q.931 call-control signaling ('disable') or also carries X.25 packet data alongside signaling ('enable'). An admin toggles this depending on whether the ISDN line is provisioned for packet-mode data service.
