What is usrIpxPortalRipPeriodicState?
Enables or disables periodic (as opposed to triggered) IPX RIP broadcasts on this interface. Turn this off together with usrIpxPortalRipBroadcastState to fully stop routine RIP chatter on a bandwidth-constrained link.
