What is usrIpxPortalIpxwanState?
Enables or disables the IPXWAN negotiation protocol on this interface, used to auto-negotiate IPX link parameters over WAN links such as serial connections. Enable it on a WAN interface connecting to another IPXWAN-capable router so both ends agree on network number and timing parameters automatically.
