Description: The minimum amount of time, in seconds, that a call will remain open. If 0 then ipoaInactivityTimer will completely determine when a call is terminated.
What is ipoaLisMinHoldingTime?
The minimum number of seconds a call must stay open regardless of inactivity, before ipoaLisInactivityTimer is allowed to tear it down; a value of 0 lets the inactivity timer act alone. Defaults to 60 seconds.
