What is ipfAccOutIndex?
This is the reference index uniquely identifying each rule in the IP Filter's outgoing accounting rule table, used specifically for traffic accounting rather than plain filtering. An admin uses it as the table key to correlate a specific outbound accounting rule with its rule text, hit count, and byte count. For example, ipfAccOutIndex value 4 would let an admin pull the accounting totals for the fourth configured outbound accounting rule.
