What is ipfAccOutHits?
This is a hit counter tracking how many times this outgoing accounting IP Filter rule has matched a packet. An admin uses it alongside ipfAccOutBytes to build traffic accounting reports for outbound flows matched by this rule. For example, comparing ipfAccOutHits over successive polling intervals lets an admin chart the packet rate of outbound traffic matching a specific accounted service.
