What is ipfAccInHits?

This is a hit counter tracking how many times this incoming accounting IP Filter rule has matched a packet. An admin uses it alongside ipfAccInBytes to build traffic accounting reports for inbound flows matched by this rule. For example, comparing ipfAccInHits over successive polling intervals lets an admin chart the packet rate of inbound traffic matching a specific accounted service.
