Description: The configurable inactivity timer associated with a client. When a VC is created at this client, it gets the idle timer value from this configurable timer. The minimum suggested value is 1 minute and the recommended default value is 20 minutes.

Inactivity timer applied to VCs created by this client; new VCs inherit this value (recommended default 20 minutes, minimum 1 minute), after which an idle VC can be torn down.
