What is ipadNatICMPDefaultAddress?
A read-write IP address setting the default local address that inbound ICMP traffic (which has no port to NAT/NAPT against) is directed to when it can't be matched to an existing translation. Admins set this so diagnostic traffic like unsolicited pings or traceroute replies has somewhere to land instead of being dropped.
