Description: This object indicates the learning status of a port. When the status is stop (2), the port will stop learning new addresses and the packets with new addresses will be dropped.
What is swIpMacBindingPortLearningStatus?
This read-only value reports whether this port is currently in normal MAC learning mode or has stopped (having hit its stop-learning threshold, so new-address packets are being dropped). Admins check this to see which ports need swIpMacBindingPortRecoverLearning applied after an attack or misconfiguration.
