Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Because user IDs are not implemented in the INX-NTS, this variable always returns a null string.

What is tnUserId?

Meant to hold the user ID at the INX-NTS end of the session, but since the device doesn't implement user IDs, this always returns a null string.
