OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.3.3.1.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: The initialization status of the MAC and PLS subsystems of the interface. Because the MAC and PLS subsystems on the INX-NTS are initialized at power-up and remain so, this variable always returns initialized(1), and may only be set to initialized(1).

What is dot3InitializeMAC?

Reports and lets you set the MAC/PLS initialization state; because the INX-NTS always initializes its MAC/PLS subsystems at power-up and keeps them that way, this always reads initialized(1) and can only be set to that same value.
