Description: The number of frames received on the interface that are not an integral number of octets in length (i.e., the number of bits they contain is not a multiple of eight) and do not pass the FCS check. This condition indicates that the frames were corrupted during transmission.
What is dot3AlignmentErrors?
Counts frames received with a non-integral number of octets that also fail the FCS check, a sign the frame was corrupted in transit; a rising count points to a cabling or interference problem.
