Description: The number of power supplies that are installed in the INTERNExT chassis. This variable returns either 1 or 2, because the INX5000-3 requires one power supply module, and the INX5000-12 can operate with either one or two power supply modules installed.

What is riLdcNumPowerSupplies?

Reports how many power supply modules are physically installed in the chassis (one required in the smaller INX5000-3, up to two supported in the INX5000-12), letting an admin quickly confirm redundant power is actually populated.
