dot3TxSQETestErrors

Module: INXNMM-MIB

OID (symbolic): INXNMM-MIB::dot3TxSQETestErrors

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.3.3.2.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Counter

Access: read-only

Description: The number of times that the SQE TEST ERROR message has been generated by this interface's PLS sublayer. The PLS sublayer generates an SQE test error message when the Signal-Quality-Error test fails. The Signal-Quality-Error test verifies good data transmission. The INX-NMM does not generate SQE test error messages, so this variable always returns 0.

What is dot3TxSQETestErrors?

Would count Signal-Quality-Error test failures reported by the PLS sublayer after each transmission, but because the INX-NMM's interface never generates SQE test messages, this counter is permanently pinned at 0 and carries no diagnostic value for this device.
